Meet the Team

Philip Rees-Roberts

Director | Solicitor | Head of Property

Phil founded Rees-Roberts in 2001 and advises his retained client base on a national basis, building on many years’ experience as a partner in the Real Estate department of a national law firm, concentrating on commercial property transactions and disputes.

His extended network of clients and property professionals (including other lawyers) enabled Rees-Roberts to establish itself quickly, grow at a sensible pace before the recession and thrive since then as a specialist practice with clearly identifiable services and expert advice on property matters. This focus predicted the way the legal services market has evolved recently to offer transparency and value.

Phil's close attention to his clients' requirements starts with meeting and getting to know the people that own and run the businesses. His personal approach is what Rees-Roberts is all about.

Phil has been involved for many years in a voluntary capacity with various youth and pre-school education charities concentrating on improving opportunities in inner city Liverpool.
