Referral Services Rees-Roberts Solicitors also puts its expertise at your disposal if you are a solicitor, who does not specialise in property law or commercial litigation, or who is prevented from acting due to a conflict of interests. We will help you retain an existing client or ensure their return in the future, by delivering a high quality and professional service. We will offer a fee for referral upon the receipt of instructions or, depending on the matter, 5% of profit costs. We will not act for your client in any other matter without your express authority. We will deal with yourself or with the client directly, as you require. We understand that there may be occasions when all you require is gap filling in the service you provide to your client. In these instances we are happy to support you in a consultative capacity. Rees-Roberts Solicitors will also offer a fee for the referral of new clients to us, to professionals outside the legal profession. All referrals will be made and received will be subject to written agreement in accordance with The Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code and The Solicitors Conduct Code.
