Our team is divided into two departments, commercial and litigation, with a shared responsibility for property litigation work.

The team has the expertise to handle any size of transactions but each of the two departments has a team leader, Phil Rees-Roberts (Commercial) and Jane Gunnion (Litigation). The teams are small enough for every member to keep abreast of case developments and for the team leader to be aware of all key issues and decisions. This means that the lines of communication are always open and we are available to supply updates and take instructions as our clients require.

The bottom line - we understand the business sector and work harder to discover the facts, and agree budgets and aims with a client to ensure that every deal or case is acted upon on the right terms and at the right times.
